• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Dec until Wed 24 Dec 2025, Wed - Sun at 11am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm & 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Children are classed as ages 12 and under. Adults do not require a ticket.
• Includes a gift for each child.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 16 people per session. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
