• Voucher is valid from Sun 5 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Tue - Wed & Sun 12noon - 10pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon & Thu - Sat. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48hrs of your booking. 
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s permitted until 9pm. Ages 16-17 permitted until 12midnight.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 5 people per group/activity. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
