• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Fri 31 Jul 2026, Tue - Sat 10am - 5pm, Sun 11am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must have a legal guardian sign their waiver and must have a chaperone over 18 at the workshop. 
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 24 people per workshop. 
• Candle takes 3 hours to set. After this period, candle can be collected during business hours or shipped to any UK address for a supplementary charge of £6; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
