• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Mon & Fri 9am - 5pm, Tue 10am - 5pm, Wed 10am - 6:30pm, Thu 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun and 22-26, 29-31 Dec 2025 & 1-2 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Card details are required to secure your booking; you will not be charged.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Phone or email bookings only. Please leave a message with your voucher code and booking date and you will receive a call back within 24hrs
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments inc choice of: Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage; oriental head massage; hand & arm exfoliation with mask & massage; file and gel nails or toes; foot scrub with mask & massage.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission if discussed and approved by GP. Please discuss any further health concerns directly with Park West.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Treatment duration: 25-30 mins per treatment inc consultation
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Please note, no on-site parking available.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
