• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jun until Tue 30 Sep 2025, 7 days; Mon - Tue & Fri 9am - 3pm, Wed 9am - 4:30pm, Thu 10am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 2pm, Sun 11am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Card details are required to secure your booking; you will not be charged.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Over 16s only.
• Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes 2hrs exclusive access to Oak Lodge and private outdoor area with spa facilities.
• Afternoon tea can be added for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
