About the accommodation
- Tucked away on a peaceful, working livery yard, surrounded by fields and hills, this is the perfect countryside retreat. Make sure to say hello to the onsite friendly pygmy goats and cheeky miniature Shetland ponies!
- Each hut is unique in design, but all have a private outdoor area with chairs, a BBQ, a fire pit and even a hot tub!
- With luxury bedding, fully equipped kitchen area, bathroom and underfloor heating, they have everything you need for a cosy stay!
- Parking available onsite (1 space per hut)

- The Pentland Hills Regional Park is a 5 minute walk from the site with East Kip, West Kip & Scald Law's walking routes easily accessible
- Or head to Peebles for a day out, home to plenty of independent shops and cafes including the award-winning Cocoa Black chocolatier & café
- If you're feeling adventurous then Go Ape is just 30 mins away by car, where you can experience Scotland’s highest zip wire
- The surrounding area in Penicuik is home to plenty of pubs and restaurants where you can grab a hearty bite to eat
