Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Sat 30 Dec 2023, Tue - Fri, 12noon-2:15pm & 5:30pm-9:30pm, Sat 12noon - 9:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon and 25-26 Dec 2022 &2023. Additional exclusions: Glasgow - 1 - 15 Jan 2023; Renfrew: 15-30 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 15 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. Max of 1 voucher per couple per visit.
• Voucher spend is valid across all menus; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes 2 x 125ml glasses of Prosecco; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
