• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Nov 2025 until Sat 28 Feb 2026; subject to availability. 
• Nov: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 4pm, Sun 6pm - 9pm. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Dec: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 4pm. Excludes Fri - Sun & 25 Dec 2025.
• Jan - Feb: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 3pm, Sun 6pm - 9pm. Excludes 1, 25 Jan & 14 Feb 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please note any bookings made outside of the validity period will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted. Max of 1 voucher per table.
• Valid for food from the à la carte menu and drinks; menu is subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Cannot be used in line with any other promotions or set menus.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 45mins.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. Please note PIN must be given upon arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
