• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Dec 2025 until Mon 30 Mar 2026, Sun - Mon 10.30am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tue - Sat. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is can be adapted to be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 OR 90 minutes. Please note any treatment / combinations of treatments up to the maximum duration of the voucher can be booked. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
