• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Apr until Sun 5 Jul 2026, Tue - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Mon. 
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16's only. 
• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments can be adapted to be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 OR 60 minutes including consultation time.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
