I was booked in for three treatments:
Sauna, hyperbaric chamber and massage.
The sauna was good although there was no explanation from the member of staff as to how it should be used. The massage was absolutely excellent. A great therapist. Thank you.
Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy the hyperbaric chamber because I was presented with a checklist which included advice that only people who had been approved by their doctor should use the treatment. I was not told this at the time of booking and therefore I could not use the chamber.
Thankfully the staff agreed that I could return at another time to use the hyperbaric chamber or, if unsuitable, a different option. -

Had an excellent time getting infrared sauna treatment and cold plunge yesterday and an amazing massage by Luana afterwards who I cannot recommend enough. Was taken care of and treated really well and will definitely return! All around 5 stars
