  • Option 1 & 3: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 6pm, Wed - Thu 9am - 7pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
  • Option 2 & 4: Valid Fri 9am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 5pm. Excludes Mon - Thu.
  • Option 5: Lothian Road: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 6pm, Wed - Fri 9am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 5pm. Rose Street: Valid Mon - Wed & Sat 9am - 6pm, Thu 9am - 8pm, Fri 8am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 6pm. Edinburgh Airport: Valid Mon - Thu 11.30am - 8pm, Fri - Sun 9.30am - 8pm. 
  • Option 5: A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri - Sun treatments; payable directly.

  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

  • Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  • You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
