  • Option 1 & 3: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 6pm, Wed - Thu 9am - 7pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
  • Option 2 & 4: Valid Fri 9am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 5pm. Excludes Mon - Thu.
  • Option 5-6: Lothian Road: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 6pm, Wed - Fri 9am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 5pm. Rose Street: Valid Mon - Wed & Sat 9am - 6pm, Thu 9am - 8pm, Fri 8am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 6pm. Edinburgh Airport: Valid Mon - Thu 11.30am - 8pm, Fri - Sun 9.30am - 8pm. 
  • Option 5-6: A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri - Sun treatments; payable directly.

  • Option 6: Remaining sessions valid for use 6 months from first session.
  • Option 1-4: Valid at Lothian Road venue only.
  • Option 5-6: Valid at Lothian Road, Rose Street or Edinburgh Airport venues only.
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

  • Group bookings are subject to availability.
  • Option 6: Sessions only valid for one person; cannot be used by multiple people.
  • Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
  • Option 1-4: Duration: approx. 120mins (60min massage & 60min wellness session).
  • Option 5: Duration approx. 95mins (30min deluxe facial, 25min express massage & 40min manicure / pedicure)
  • Option 6: Duration approx. 240mins (6x 40min sessions). Upgrade to 30min LED session for a supplementary charge of £25. Available at Rose Street & Lothian Road.
  • Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
  • Wheelchair access available.
  • A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  • You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
