• Voucher is valid from Sat 18 Apr until Sat 11 Jul 2026, Mon - Tue 9am - 7pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 8pm, Thu 8am - 8pm, Sat 10am - 7pm, Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Valid at Lothian Road venue only.
• Over 16s only. 
• Group bookings are subject to availability. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 40, 60 OR 90 minutes.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Additional wellness treatments can be added on the day for a supplementary charge: 30mins infra red sauna - £15; 15mins cupping session - £15; 15min IASTM tool session - £15; 15min compression boot session - £15. Payable direct.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
