• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Mon - Tue 9am - 7pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 8pm, Thu 8am - 8pm, Sat 10am - 7pm, Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Fri - Sat bookings; payable direct.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Valid at Lothian Road venue only.
• Over 16s only. 
• Group bookings are subject to availability. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 55 OR 95 minutes.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• 60 minute massage: Choice of relaxing, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, sports or Indian head massage.
• Wellness session: Choice of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, LED light therapy, Therabody SmartGoggles, Therabody compression boots, cold water plunge pool, or red light sauna.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
