• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Sep until Sat 6 Dec 2025, Mon - Sat at 9am, 9:45am, 10:30am, 11:15am, 12noon, 12:45pm, 1:30pm, 2:15pm, 3pm, 3:45pm, 4:30pm, 5:15pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. 
• Deal is valid for stylists only. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
