• Voucher is valid until 30 Sep 2024; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid Mon - Sat, 11am - 4pm, sit-in only.
• Option 2: Valid for collection Mon - Sat, 11am - 5pm. Delivery is available for £5 per order; paid directly to Reload. Delivery is every Tuesday between 9.30am and 2pm, specific postcodes only, please check directly with Reload on delivery area. Orders must be submitted by midnight Saturday for delivery the following Tuesday.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person. 
• Option 1: Includes a main each from a set menu.
• Option 2: Includes a choice of 5 prep meals for collection or delivery. Meals last 3-4 days and are suitable for home freezing.
• Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No vegan or gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
