• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2024 until Sat 29 Mar 2025, Wed & Fri 10am - 7pm and Sat 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Tue, Thu & 23 Dec 2024 until 3 Jan 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Tel/email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Approx. treatment duration: 60mins.
• Choose a full back, neck & shoulder massage or combined back, neck & shoulder massage and Indian head massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
