• Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Aug until Sat 29 Nov 2025, Mon & Wed-Sat 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tue & Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. Availability can be viewed online here. Online bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45min. Add a scalp massage for a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly, please discuss at time of booking.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60min.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 75min.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
