• Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Feb until 28 Jun 2026, Wed - Thu & Sun 12noon - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon-Tue, 13-15 Feb & 13-15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Voucher is valid on their food menu and drinks menu; subject to change. Voucher must be used in full, no change will be given.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any internal offers.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 90mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
