• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Dec 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Sun-Fri 12noon-9pm & Sat 12noon-4pm; subject to availability
• Jan: Valid Sun & Thu-Fri 12noon-9pm & Sat 12noon-4pm. Excludes Mon-Wed.
• Dec & Feb-Mar: Valid Sun-Fri 12noon-9pm & Sat 12noon-4pm.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2025 - 1 Jan, 13-14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Max of 1 voucher per table.
• Valid on food & drink. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
