• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Sat 28 Mar 2026, Thu - Sat; subject to availability. Please check the online booking calendar for available times.
• The Reawakening & Discovered - valid at 10.30am, 1.30pm & 4pm.
• The Rekindled - valid at 11.30am & 2.30pm Thu-Fri, 11:30am Sat.
• Also valid on 22, 23, 29 & 30 Dec 2025.
• Excludes Sun - Wed, 25-26 Dec 2025 & 1-2 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18+ only.
• The Reawakening & Rekindled: Duration approx. 90mins.
• The Discovered: Duration approx. 75mins.
• Max of 14 people per group.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise when booking.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
