Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Apr until Sun 29 Jun 2025, Fri-Sun, 12noon-4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon-Thu & 18-20 Apr 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only; bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. 24 hour advance notice required for allergies or dietary requirements.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco each or a sharing cocktail teapot (2 between four). Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• No wheelchair access available.  
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
