• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days; subject to availability. Limited weekend availability.
• Afternoon tea served 12noon-2:30pm. Leisure access available 9am-5pm.
• Email bookings only; telephone bookings will not be accepted. Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Max 1 voucher per booking. 
• Over 16s only.
• Includes leisure access with jacuzzi, heated pool and gym.
• Includes afternoon tea. Menu is subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Prosecco or cocktail options: Includes a glass of Prosecco or a cocktail each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
