• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Nov 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, 7 days 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-26 Dec, 1 Jan & 14 Feb 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Includes a portion of fresh oysters to share. Vegetarian options not available. 
• Option 2: Includes a meat or cheese charcuterie board to share. Vegetarian options available. 
• Gluten / wheat free options available. Please inform at time of booking. 
• Option 1: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. 
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of red or white wine to share. 
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
