• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, 7 days, 12noon -4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 16 Dec 2024 - 5 Jan, 14-16 Feb & 30 Mar 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Please note your card details will be taken when making a booking; no charge will be made.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.  Max 3 vouchers/6 people per table.
• Option 1: Includes a main each.
• Option 2: Includes a hot or cold meze dish & main course each, with one portion of balloon or pitta bread to share. Meze and main only; dessert can be added at a supplementary charge, payable directly.
• Option 3: Includes 6 hot or cold meze dishes to share.
• Menu subject to change.
• Excludes wagyu ribeye, kafes, tomahawk and mixed grill platters.
• Options 1 & 2: Includes a coffee each. Choose from espresso, americano, flat white or latte.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: kuzu pirzola - £3, karides guvec - £3, filet mignon - £10; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Table required back after 1.5 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
