• Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Mar until Sun 5 Jul 2026; Mon 9am - 4pm, Tue - Thu 9am - 7:30pm, Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 11am - 4pm, Sun 10am - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 17-20 Apr, 30-31 May & 1-6 Jun 2026. 
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Back, neck & shoulder massage: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy.
• Full body & deep relax massages: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy.
• All treatments: Treatment is suitable during breastfeeding. Treatment may be suitable for cancer suffers/those in remission; please discuss direct prior to booking.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly. 
• Treatment duration: 30, 60 or 90 minutes. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
