• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Jun until Sun 14 Sep 2025, 7 days; subject to availability.
• 40 min sessions: Mon - Thu 6am - 11:20am & 5pm - 9pm, Fri 6am - 9:20pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 6:20pm.
• 80 min sessions: Mon - Thu 6am - 10:40am & 5pm - 8:20pm, Fri 6am - 8:40pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 5:40pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. Please check availability online before emailing. A waiver must be completed before attending your booking; please read here.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max 3 per group.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Duration approx. 40 mins OR 80 mins.
• Please discuss with a doctor directly if you intend to undertake this treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding or during cancer/remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with Soul Suites.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
