• Mon - Thu options: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 May 2023 until Thu 12 Sep 2024, Mon - Thu 6am - 7.20pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Fri - Sun options: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 May 2024 until Sat 14 Sep 2024, Fri - Sun 7am - 2.20pm. Excludes Mon - Thu.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 4 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max 3 per group.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Duration approx. 40 mins OR 80 mins.
• Please discuss with a doctor directly if you intend to undertake this treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding or during cancer/remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with Soul Suites.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
