• Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Jul until Sun 11 Oct 2026; subject to availability.
• 40 minute option: Valid Mon - Wed 8am - 11.20am & 5pm - 8.20pm, Thu 5pm - 8.20pm, Fri 8am - 6.40pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 6.20pm
• 80 minute option: Valid Mon - Wed  8am - 10.40am & 5pm - 7.40pm, Thu 5pm - 7.40pm, Fri 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 5.40pm
• A supplementary charge of £5pp is required for Sat & Sun bookings; payable direct.
• Excludes 21-23 Aug 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. Please check availability online before emailing. A waiver must be completed before attending your booking; please read and sign here.
• Limited number of itison bookings per day, independent of online availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max 3 per group.
• Suitable for ages 16+.
• Duration approx. 40 OR 80 mins.
• Please bring your own towels and swimwear. Towels are available for a supplementary charge of £3 per towel; payable direct.
• Please discuss with a doctor directly if you intend to undertake this treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding or during cancer/remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with Soul Suites.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
