• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026; subject to availability. 
• Option 1: Valid Mon - Fri 10am - 5.30pm. Includes access to hotel's pool, sauna and steam room. Gym access not included.
• Option 2: Valid Mon - Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm. Includes 2 hour access to the Victorian baths at 9.30am only. Treatments available from 11:30am. Does not include access to leisure facilities.
• Excludes Sat - Sun, 3-17 Apr, 4 & 25 May 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4.
• Please discuss direct with the spa if you have any health concerns which may prevent the treatments from being carried out.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins per treatment. Includes 2 x 25 min treatments; hot & cold stone back massage with facial OR facial & foot massage OR facial & scalp massage OR scalp & foot massage. Treatments cannot be mixed & matched between packages. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes lunch in the Winter Garden restaurant from a set menu; subject to change. Supplements may apply and will be clearly marked on the menu; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
