• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Jul 2026; subject to availability. 
• Manicure/pedicure options: Valid Fri & Sun 10am - 5pm. Excludes Mon - Thu & Sat.
• Massage options: Valid Tue, Fri & Sun 10am - 6pm, Wed 12noon - 8pm, Thu 10am - 4pm. Excludes Mon & Sat.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Card details required for booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18's only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatments may be adapted for during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly before purchase.
• Please note a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. Choice of natural or classic manicure or pedicure.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 75mins (45min massage and 30min facial).
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins.
• Massage options: Includes an ila product each to take home.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
