Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 May until Sat 27 Sep 2025, Wed at 5:30pm & Sat at 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Tue & Thu - Fri. Limited weekday availability on request.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Suitable for all ages. 
• Duration approx. 2hr.
• Max of 6 people per group.
• Includes a mug each to paint.
• Pottery painting can be messy; please wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty.
• Food and drink permitted; plates and cups not provided.
• Items ready for collection 2-3 weeks after class. Completed items will be held for 2 weeks after collection call and further 2 weeks after reminder call.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
