• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 May until Tue 30 Sep 2025, Tue-Thu or Sat, specific sessions only; subject to availability. 
• Sessions available Tue 12:30pm, 2pm or 4pm; Wed 2:30pm or 4pm; Thu 4:30pm or 6pm; Fri 5pm. Sat 11am or 12:30pm. Booking outside of these sessions without discussion may risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Limited additional weekday sessions on request; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon, Fri and Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online or phone bookings.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Suitable for all ages. 
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 3 people per group.
• Pottery can be messy; please wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty.
• Food and drink permitted; plates and cups not provided.
• Items ready for collection 2-3 weeks after class. Completed items will be held for 2 weeks after collection call and further 2 weeks after reminder call. Painting sessions to paint your creation can be booked and paid directly.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
