• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct until Thu 31 Dec 2026, Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm, Sat - Sun 2pm - 5.30pm; subject to availability. Opening hours are subject to change.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2026.
• Pancakes with optional soft drinks or coffee: Valid only at West George Street, Braehead or Glasgow Fort.
• Pancakes with Prosecco: Valid only at West George Street or Glasgow Fort. Not valid at Braehead.
• Online bookings. Voucher must be booked 24hrs in advance and by Thu 24 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Max of 4 vouchers / 8 people per table.
• Includes a signature pancake stack each from the savoury or sweet signatures sections of the main menu; subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for additional toppings; payable directly to restaurant.
• Takeaway boxes for leftovers are available for a supplementary charge of £1 per box; payable directly.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. 
• Option 2 & 5: Includes bottomless soft drinks or coffee.
• Option 3 & 6: Includes a 200ml bottle of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• A discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill.
• Table required back after 1 hour.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
