• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Oct 2026; Mon 10am - 5pm, Tue 9.30am - 5pm, Wed 9.30am - 6pm, Thu 9.30am - 7pm, Fri 9am - 5pm, Sat 9.30am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Over 21s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Indian head massage: Treatment is suitable for during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Full body massage: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy. Treatment is suitable during breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Indian head massage: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Full body massage: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available for Indian head massage only. No wheelchair access for full body massage due to treatment room being on the basement level. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
