Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jan 2027 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Mon - Fri 12noon - 9pm, Sat - Sun 12noon - 1pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 29-31 Jan, 14, 26-28 Feb, 7, 26-29 Mar 2027. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 24 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24hrs of your booking. 
• Max of 1 voucher per two people & max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Voucher can be used against the main menu and drinks; menus are subject to change. 
• Voucher cannot be used against drinks alone. 
• Voucher must be used in full, no change given.
• Vegetarian, vegan & gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 90mins. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 9pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
