- Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Tue - Fri & Sun 11am - 4pm, Sat at 12.30pm & 2.30pm; subject to availability.
- Tue - Fri & Sun: Tours run on the hour.
- Excludes Mondays, 24-26, 31 Dec 2026 & 1-2 Jan 2027.
- Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Suitable for ages 18+.
- Duration approx. 1.5hrs. Tour duration approx. 1hr.
- Max of 20 people per tour.
- Please arrive 15mins prior to your tour time to check-in.
- Includes an unpasteurised pint of lager at the end of the tour. Full experience may take an additional 30mins after the tour.
- Includes an engraved half-pint glass; collected from on-site gift shop following tour.
- Part of the tour is outdoors; please wear weather appropriate clothing. Please wear closed-toe, comfortable footwear. Open shoes are not permitted.
- Jewellery and piercings must be removed before joining the tour. If any items cannot be removed, gloves and blue pasters will be provided to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- The tour involves approximately 110 stairs; a reasonable level of mobility is required.
- Accessible tours are available upon request. Please contact Tennent's Visitor Centre directly to arrange your booking and discuss any specific requirements.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
