• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 8 weeks of the event.

• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Event, dinner & drinks will be held at The Abbotsford.
• The Crown options: Stay at The Crown; transport provided to/from The Abbotsford if required.
• The Abbotsford options: Stay at The Abbotsford.
• Stay in a standard double or twin en-suite room.
• Includes 3 course dinner. Vegetarian and vegan options are available; please inform hotel upon booking.
• Includes arrival drink and pre-show drink; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
