• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days, 11am - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24 Dec 2025 - 3 Jan, 14 & 15 Feb, 15 Mar 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone or email bookings only. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Over 16 only. 
• Treatments may be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. May not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins. Choose from a full body aromatherapy massage or relaxing facial.
• Option 2: Includes cream tea; menu subject to change. Gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
