• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct until Sat 20 Dec 2025; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Brunch: valid Mon - Sat 10am - 4pm
• Afternoon tea: valid Mon - Sat 11am - 4pm.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 12 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Brunch or afternoon tea from set menu; subject to change. 
• No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
