The Blackbird
- Once a spectacular country manor, The Blackbird is now one of Ponteland's favourite spots for unforgettable food and delicious real ales
- Their menu serves up elevated gastropub dishes as well as an excellent selection of real ales, cocktails and more
- Not just any country inn, the restaurant has a long history stretching back over 500 years - keep an eye out for historic features including a beautiful Tudor fireplace
- The cosy decor pays homage to the inn's historic roots with wood panelling and exposed beams, and if the sun is shining, you can grab a seat in the beer garden!
