Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Sun 19 Jul 2026, Sun - Fri 12noon - 3:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Max 6 vouchers / 12 people per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a Whitley Neil Gin and Schweppes tonic each. Tables of 4 or more will have their gin served in a gin tree. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hr 30 mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
