• Voucher is valid from Thu 16 Apr until Fri 31 Jul 2026, Mon - Fri 2pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun & bank holidays. 
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Takeaway: please note no drinks included. 
• Sit-in: served with tea or coffee. 
• Table required back after 1.5hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required for afternoon tea or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
