Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Sun 29 Mar 2026, Thu - Sun 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Wed & 31 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 8 people per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
