• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Thur 23 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 - 3 Jan and 3 - 8 Nov 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 23 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Comfy double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a comfy luxe room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes £50 food and beverage voucher against any menu in the hotel. Menus subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Continental breakfast with a small selection of cooked items included . Members can upgrade to a full cooked breakfast for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under and can be accommodated in a comfy luxe room for a supplementary charge of £50, and all meals paid as taken; payable directly to hotel. 
• Pets permitted; please discuss directly with hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
