• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jul 2025 until Sun 5 Oct 2025, Tue - Fri & Sun, 10am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat & Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Minimum age 2yrs.
• Duration approx. 30mins.
• Max weight: 13 stone.
• Recommended clothing: helmet (provided) and boots; trainers and wellies are not suitable.
• Wheelchair access available.
• This is a group session and other members may be participating. Private group sessions can be organised with larger groups; please discuss directly.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
