• Voucher is valid from Sat 18 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Mon - Fri 11am - 3:45pm, Sat - Sun 10.30am - 3.45pm; subject to availability. Options for Mon - Fri & Sat - Sun available at checkout.
• Please note opening times may vary; availability can be checked here.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Recommended for ages 8+. Please note children under 5 years old are not permitted to enter. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
• The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children: entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.
• Drop Ride is currently closed until further notice.
• Duration approx. 70 mins.
• Max of 25 people per group.
• Standard entry only. Not valid for late night sessions.
• No wheelchair access available due to lift being out of order; subject to change. Please check venue website for updates.
• You will be required to stand for most of the Edinburgh Dungeon tour.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
