- Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Recommended for ages 8+. Please note children under 5 years old are not permitted to enter. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
- The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children: entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.
- Duration approx. 70 mins.
- Max of 25 people per group.
- Standard entry only. Not valid for late night sessions.
- Wheelchair access available. To book a wheelchair please email: edinburgh.dungeon@merlinentertainments.biz. Please note navigating around the Dungeon will be mainly via level pathways. However due to the nature of the attraction some floor surfaces are uneven. Access is also gained via stairs and lifts to the various levels of the attraction.
- Guest must be able to transfer themselves unaccompanied on and off of the Drop Ride, please find more accessibility info here.
- You will be required to stand for most of the Edinburgh Dungeon tour.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
