Small print

• Voucher is valid Thu 1 - Fri 23 Dec, Mon  - Fri 12noon - 4pm and Tue 3 Jan  - Tue 28 Feb, Mon - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 3pm & Sun 12noon - 4pm
• Excludes Saturdays; Sundays in Dec; 24 - 31 Dec; 1, 2 & 25 Jan; 14th Feb.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. Max of 1 voucher per table. 
• Valid for food from the à la carte menu and drinks; menu is subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. It cannot be used in line with any other promotions.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1 hr 45 mins. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
