• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Fri 4.30pm - 8.30pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm, Sun 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability.  
• Excludes 13-15 Feb & 13-15 Mar 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 1 voucher per table. 
• Voucher is not valid against any internal offers. 
• £35 voucher spend valid against main menu only; menu subject to change. Not valid on drinks.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted when eating a meal and accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
